According to the New York Daily News, swimming sensation Michael Phelps introduced himself to Hasheem Thabeet at a NYC nightclub earlier this week.

"Hasheem had absolutely no clue who Michael was, and (Phelps) walked away looking a little embarrassed," the paper reported.

Maybe Phelps should've worn his medals.
